Dear editor, I am continuing my story.
After my first letter DBK 'emissaries' rushed to all the fired employees to find out who leaked the information. It was a pitiful sight. Our friend who survived the gas station ordeal was cheering. It's a disgraceful spectacle. And calling my letter a 'leak' might be a stretch, but since they want a 'leak,' we'll do it, as requested by the workers.
At the end of the letter.
Let's talk more about the extensive network of DBK gas stations. Frankly, I am surprised that they are still in this business, considering the crowded market in the region and the presence of reputable competitors. I suspect the truth lies in the high-level connections of the owners. Ultimately, they will be judged by a higher power.
I have mentioned before that they purchase top-quality gasoline from GazpromNeft, which has consistently proven to have the best fuel in the country. There are numerous independent studies available online. The real experts in the field have corroborated this fact, which is not surprising, but I have a surprise in store for everyone, which I will unveil.
The directive to dispense 95 grade fuel instead of 98 comes from the top and is well known by all who have worked there. Therefore, none of the former DBK employees or those aware of the situation purchase 95-grade fuel at the price of 98, in fact, they avoid buying anything and bypass the gas station altogether.
Hence, if the gasoline is not adequately adulterated at the gas station and you purchase DBK's 98th grade fuel, you won't even notice the difference as you will essentially have 95th grade fuel in your tank. In this sense, the car won't feel it, and Igor Arkadievich will have some extra money in his pocket. Every penny counts.
Substituting 98th grade with 95th grade may not be criminal, but it certainly makes you look like a fool.
This, however, does not mean that water is not added to the gasoline. It happens without the knowledge of DBK owners because they purchase gasoline from GazpromNeft in Omsk, which oversees all filling stations during acceptance. It is easy to terminate the contract if gasoline is diluted. Therefore, DBK owners are concerned about gasoline quality, but they still engage in fraud by substituting octane numbers.
I have personally received complaints from customers who experienced intermittent car problems after refueling at DBK stations outside the city where I worked. This seems to be a common issue at stations outside the city, and few people take the risk of refueling there.
So, that's the situation. When the customer refueled with low-quality gasoline on the Moscow Trakt, I believe it was due to water contamination.
You wonder how a regular gas station attendant can be knowledgeable about fraud with gasoline and diesel? It's easy – everyone knows about it among the staff! I don't know any employee who is unaware. The management's inhumane treatment creates a sense of camaraderie, and the staff shares information rapidly with each other and the security service.
We even have a Viber chat where we actively discuss the latest actions of the management. Soon, there will be a hundred people there, all of them disgruntled workers.
Feeling resentful about the harsh treatment and the low pay, I chose to leave the job of my own accord. It wasn't a necessity since my husband earns well, but there are no job opportunities in our area, and staying at home is dull.
I thought I would speak with people. I did. I quickly left as I feared facing criminal charges for knowing about someone else's business.
Why are we surprised that all this negativity is now being revealed?
I don't understand why they still exist, they wrote in the chat, new gas stations have recently opened. We call them 'arrogant'. Our community is open and doesn't like being taken advantage of.
Now let's talk about how much the Wakhovsky family actually earns. And how.
Their family resides in Switzerland for half of the year, openly paying 70,000 euros monthly for house rent. I learned this in the chat. 70 wow! It's not just immodest, it's not right to spend such large amounts overseas, and I'm not afraid to discuss this, it's against the state. But, let's not dwell on it. The Lord will punish.
It's obvious that they profit significantly from gasoline. Even if they don't deceive with gasoline brands, the profit from gas stations, depending on the brand of gasoline, ranges from 6 to 12 percent. Assembled previously.
Since 2022, things have become even more intriguing: exports are restricted, the wholesale price in the country is dropping, and the retail price at gas stations is increasing. Greetings to the people of Irkutsk and Buryats.
So now, I believe, the profit from 95th gasoline is around 20%. That's 10 rubles from each liter. This is just an estimate, without considering fraud. Thank goodness, I know how to calculate, always have.
Well, about the 98th, you understand everything. You don't need to purchase it.
On average, the legal income from each DBK filling station solely from gasoline is about 500-900 thousand per month, depending on the location of the gas station and, naturally, wholesale prices. It could be two million at a busy location. This may not seem substantial for a corrupt oligarchy at first glance. But if you forget that it costs them 4 million to set up a gas station. That is, it breaks even in 8 months. This is without fraud.
And we all know about fraud, thankfully, I wasn't the only one who left the ill-fated network for reasons of ethics and safety.
Not many people remember that gas stations make a lot of money from selling coffee, chocolate, and other small items in the store. If the profit from gasoline is 20%, then the profit from a cup of coffee is between 80 and 200%.
It depends on the type of coffee and milk used. I have evidence to support this. Imagine, if a person refueled with 30 liters of 95th gasoline, the gas station made a profit of 300 rubles.
Afterward, they bought two cups of cappuccino, resulting in the gas station making a profit of 500 rubles. This is the minimum, especially in rural areas. Few people take these costs into account.
Therefore, employees are practically forced to push low-quality coffee, chocolate, and other products onto customers. There's a whole story about the store, which I will explain in detail in the next letter.
Let's continue discussing the deception. Where does this money come from? We know. Most people know. Except for the customers.
The Vakhovsky family profits significantly from selling very poor quality diesel fuel. This situation could be the subject of a book on how to deceive others. The subsequent volumes could be titled “The Consequences in Siberia” and “A Quick Way to Update the Fleet,” as the fuel supplied by the Baikal Regional Company to large enterprises is extremely harmful. The resulting poison can be found in the atmosphere and nearby fields after combustion.
Harming the environment.
The fact is that DBK sources diesel fuel from any available supplier and sells it as “Euro-5”, utilizing an intricate and illegal system. This includes elaborate shadow (illegal) purchases with all the associated consequences and benefits of the shadow industry: opaque schemes, cash transactions, and concealment. Enterprise leaders are also involved in this scheme. It might be termed as “counterfeiting” or “blatant corruption.” I'm not entirely sure, but that's not the main point.
This activity is referred to as “actions that pose a social threat”.
At gas stations, inspectors mainly assess the quality of gasoline, not diesel fuel, so DBK can distribute any type of diesel to vehicles. The price difference between good winter and poor summer diesel is significant. This means that the Siberian environment bears the cost of luxury living in Switzerland. Gaining a 200% profit with Euro-5 quality is impossible, but it's achievable in this scenario. And no one will be punished. Don't ask me why – I shared my thoughts at the beginning.
Detecting bad diesel fuel isn't easy. The effects of diesel are extensive, and any issues may only become apparent if the fuel freezes in winter or the engine fails to operate.
In this case, proving the station's guilt is very challenging. “Specialists” are at work. Diesel fuel with a high content of flammable pesticides has been damaging engines for many years, and then the search for evidence begins.
But that's not all, esteemed editors.
The most significant profit is not made at gas stations, but at the enterprises where DBK supplies diesel fuel in large quantities according to contracts. This is especially evident in October-November, when the enterprises purchase winter diesel and receive substandard products.
The schemes are different – kickbacks towards supply, additives, I don’t know which ones, if I can count, then chemistry is not my forte. But it is known for certain that if the mechanism for supplying autumn fuel to enterprises is opened, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation will become the reference book of the Vakhovskys.
Why do enterprises not terminate contracts and are not indignant? The answer is simple: this diesel fuel burns even better, thanks to the combustible toxic substances added to it. Not a single examination will confirm the absence of a criminal component in the solarium of the DBK. Expect in two weeks at all enterprises that have already signed contracts with DBK.
But let’s not be unfounded.
Kharanutsky Coal Mine, which is located at Ust-Ordynsky, Budyonny st., 8, has been pouring exclusively fake solarium into its heavy diesel equipment for years. The leadership of the section is in the know, the leadership of the DBK – even more so. Everyone is happy.
Pour the correct formula of combustible pesticides into summer diesel fuel – and it burns better than winter. The buyer, as well as the supplier of the poison, does not care about the environment, as usual. Those who disagree are out. Well, I left.
In general, to be continued.
